United StatesWhen I first received this gift it looked nice and I was excited to try it out. I put it together just like the directions stated and within 10 minutes of the initial use, the wheel snapped off the frame. Im 150lbs so weight is not an issue what so ever. So I contacted Adams thinking they would send me a replacement. Well I was wrong. They told me because I didn't have the receipt (it was a gift), they couldn't do anything about it. This was literally after I spent hundreds of dollars on their products. Most companies I've dealt with in the past, always make it right with the costumer, seeing as its their name on the product. Well I guess Ill let everyone look at a 3 wheel stool in my garage. I even offered to send the old one back. I got on here to write a review and noticed HALF of the reviews is dealing with the SAME problem. So its a very high occurring issue. They obviously know that, but yet won't fix it. I would stay away from this stool. Poor quality, Poor service. Thanks
