How Do I Make Changes To My Order: We cannot combine orders or make changes to an existing order. 

I Have A Tracking Number, But The Package Hasn't Moved: You may receive a tracking number that shows no progress from FedEx or USPS. Our team is bulk printing shipments to process faster, but receiving a tracking number does not mean the shipment is leaving that day. Stay tuned, and that tracking number will go live when it is picked up from our facility. 

I Received A Different Bottle Or Sprayer: As stated on the product page, we cannot guarantee the exact sprayer/bottle that are pictured online. With a nationwide shortage in sprayers/bottles, we are doing our best to fulfill orders in any vessel we can. We do promise you will receive the same volume of product you requested.

How Do I Ask For A Donation:We are currently prioritizing first responders in our local community around Denver, Colorado that visit our store in person. In another week, we will have a form available for donation requests online. Until then, we cannot meet your request. 

Can I Buy More Than 4 Bottles: Our goal is to get Hand Sanitizer into as many households as possible. Unfortunately, we are not accepting orders for more than 4 bottles at this time. If you'd like to place a bulk order, we may have availability to fulfill your request in the future. Please, fill out this form. Note, with thousands of requests a day, we will not be able to respond to everyone who fills out this form.

We offer free shipping on some orders in the continental U.S.A. For our current free shipping threshold, please visit shipping options at checkout.

We have the ability to ship orders via FedEx, USPS, UPS and more. You'll be able to select from these options at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return items that are in new, and in unused condition for a full refund up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Adam’s provides a warranty and satisfaction guarantees pending appropriate and reasonable use of products for their intended purpose. All hard goods are backed by a 1 year-manufacturers warranty. Hard goods are also backed by out 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Chemicals and towels are not backed by a 1 year warranty, however they are backed by our 30- day 110% satisfaction guarantee. Abuse, modification, alterations or use of any product outside its intended or described purpose can be grounds for denial of warranty claims. All products are covered against manufacturer's defects and are not covered for normal wear and tear. Partial credit is possible in place of non-warranty returns or items returned in a condition indicative of improper or unintended use. Warranty and guarantee applies to the original owner only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
