I know this speaker is only $30, but it's truly awful. It's super quiet, the microphone is awful and the sound quality is less than adequate. It's only redeeming features are it's battery life and being waterproof. Save your money and buy something like a JBL for a little bit more $. Probably one of the more regrettable purchases I've ever made.
Good little speaker for the garage or home when you want some tunes but louder than your phone will do. Only thing I wish it had was more bass.
I wanted a blue tooth speaker that wouldn't break the bank I could use while washing my new Tesla Model 3. The blue tooth feature is important to me so I can use my iPhone to both control my music during the car wash and also drive my Tesla from my phone. I start off by putting this speaker in my garage and then while I'm standing in my driveway I can queue up some "Queens of the Stone Age" with my iPhone and then remotely back my car out of my garage, using the Tesla app on my iPhone, and stop the car where I need it in my driveway for the wash. Then, once the car is rinsed, I simply use my phone and the Tesla app to move my car back into the garage for drying without ever having to open my car door and sit inside. The size of the speaker is very convenient to carry around and mobility and will work great when I want to take it with me for ski vacations, set it in the backyard when having a nice cold IPA, and now I can listen to music in a hotel room and use my phone at the same time to order more Adam's Polishes products! The sound quality for the size of this speaker is surprisingly good and I'm very happy with my purchase. The only "negative" comment is the box the speaker came in was designed so incredibly well - with very cool graphics/colors, when I pulled out the speaker I was hoping for more flashy graphics on the speaker itself - but that is more of a compliment on the graphic design and presentation in the box than a negative comment on the product/speaker itself.
