It may not be the bio-based contaminant Adam's planned this for, but I use it to clean bicycle helmet chin straps. I ride in Texas, and the webbed nylon straps of the helmet get soaked with perspiration, mixed with sunscreen, and leaving salt stains, grit, and other God-knows-what I don't want on my face and forehead. The helmet has LED lights, turn signals, batteries and electronics in it, so I can't just hose it down or immerse it in water. I can't remove the straps either, so I got the Enzymatic Cleaner and gave it a shot. I sprayed the straps, waited 20 minutes, wiped everything down and waited for the straps to dry. No grit, no odor, they look like new and are still supple. It worked great for me, and I recommend it highly.
