Adam's Clay Mitt is a quick way to remove bonded contamination from your paint with minimal marring. This clay mitt is a medium grade clay material.
Very easy to use and quicker to use than a actual clay bar. Since I only used it once so far I can’t say how long it will last. As usual, a good Adams product I think.

This mitt is very well made and saves tons of time and labor when compared to using a traditional clay bar. The feedback from contamination, that you can feel through the mitt while using it, let's you know when the grit is out of the paint. Use plenty of detail spray, or other lube, when using the mitt and you will have no issues with marring. I've used the same mitt on at least 15 vehicles so far and it still works like new and looks like new. This is the top clay mitt on the market.
I was blown away with how much build up this takes off. Definitely need to be careful on dark colored cars, but takes most contaminants off easily. You can feel it working as you rub over it. I used a detail spray and wet surface on my car to help it glide over. Highly recommend!
I had previous bought a clay pad at Autozone that barely worked as advertised. Today I busted out the Clay Mitt after a nice foam bath with some Detail Spray, and this provided the expected results with a nice clean smooth paint finish.
Adam's Clay Mitt will effectively remove contamination such as paint overspray, industrial fallout, rail dust, exhaust and catalytic converter particles, and so on; however, it could potentially leave light micro-marring to the surface that would then be corrected when polishing the vehicle.
Adam's Clay Mitt is ideal if you are planning on doing a full machine polish of the vehicle afterward. Using our Detail Spray as a lubricant for the clay is still the preferred method for contamination removal. Adam's Detail Spray provides a slick surface for the mitt to glide smoothly with minimal damage or marring to the clear coat. This clay mitt can be used on paint, glass, wheels, and chrome.
This clay technology can be cleaned with water and reused multiple times for multiple vehicles. The larger surface area of the mitt compared to our Visco Clay Bar allows for faster use, and the mitt design ensures that you will not accidentally drop the mitt onto the ground during use, which can occur with a clay bar. If you're doing frequent paint corrections on multiple vehicles, we think you'll love the new Adam's Clay Mitt!
