Adam's CS3 combines three detailing concepts into one. It offers the ability to clean, shine and protect in one product without using water or a hose. CS3 offers an easy spray & wipe application while adding a gloss and layer of ceramic for protection to enhance or maintain the finish.
I can count on one hand the number of detailing products that impress me so much, I feel compelled to immediately purchase more. I received a 16 oz. bottle of CS3 in a mystery bucket and was instantly excited to use it. I have not used it as a waterless wash, but more of a paint protection booster in between sealant applications. The first use was a topper for Turtle Wax Seal & Shine. The application could not be more simple, the product smells amazing, my paint has never felt more slick, and the hydrophobics displayed were very impressive when my car was exposed to rain after the initial use. I jumped on the chance to purchase a gallon at 30% off but would not hesitate to buy at full price.
Live in a small town an hour and 30 minutes went to adams and asked for the Clerks favorite product and he said cs3 and holy cow does it do work. It work great anywhere and even cleans nasty door jams.
I have a silver 2013 Tacoma that sees a lot of time in the wood and on beaches. With that said, the paint has "pine stripes" but is overall very shiny and glossy. What I like about CS3 is the ability to get deeper clean after pressure washing. I'll usually have dirt spots cooked on the paint afterwards. While removing dirt spots I'm leaving some protection behind which makes it easier to clean for the next run. Now, it's no show truck and I don't care about streaks or perfection. My focus in longevity and making the truck last as long as possible which Adams helps me accomplish.
I wanted to love CS3 but I only like it at best. While it appears to go on like any waterless wash it always leaves streaks on my charcoal gray paint. I have to take the car from the brightly lit garage into different natural light, but there are the streaks... Everywhere in small sections. Using a high pile very nice MF towel I rub and polish for quite a while chasing down all of the streaks. When applying I use one towel for application and a clean dry towel for removal an polishing. I will have to try another brand or go back to the standard waterless wash from Adams.
Was on the fence about waterless washes but after using this product, I'm a believer. It does exactly like it says it does: it cleans, shines, and protects. It goes on easy and wipes off easy. Dirt is gone, and replaced with a deep shine. Was able to do my entire car in about 20 minutes and it looks great. Will now buy the gallon as a refill.
