Our Cordless 12mm DA Polisher is powered by Adam's 10.8V cordless platform with an efficient brushless motor that provides strong torque, long service life, and compact size. The 12mm throw provides the perfect balance of correction ability and finishing capability for small and medium-sized panels. Weighing in at a very light 0.78 kg (1.72 lbs), this machine is engineered for extended use and reduced operator fatigue. The 3-inch backing plate pairs with 3” to 4” pads, making it ideal for spot correction, intricate polishing, and reaching areas that full-size polishers simply cannot access. The Adam’s Cordless 12mm DA Polisher has 6 adjustable speed settings ranging from 4,000 to 7,000 Oscillations Per Minute (OPM), which allows you to fine-tune performance for everything from defect removal to final finishing. This polisher also features a variable-speed trigger to avoid slinging compound or polish and to provide precise control throughout the polishing process.

Speed memory automatically recalls your previous setting when the machine is restarted, while continuous-run mode allows for comfortable operation during larger polishing tasks. Continuous-Run Mode is engaged with the trigger – once oscillating, simply double-click the trigger and it will run constant until you click it again to stop the motor. This machine includes two batteries: a compact 2.5Ah battery and a larger 5.0Ah battery. The 2.5Ah battery has a runtime of approximately 30-45 minutes depending on machine speed and pressure, with a 50-60 minute charging time, while the 5.0Ah battery nearly doubles runtime! Whether you are refining tight spaces, tackling motorcycle panels, polishing wheels, or complementing your full-size correction setup, the Adam's Cordless 12mm DA Polisher delivers the precision, portability, and control needed to achieve flawless results.
