Ok so it's a clay bar that doesn't seem to work any different from anyone elses clay bar. For the really small amount you get for 9 bucks you can get twice as much from other brands. I like adams products but on this one they fall short. Cmon guys stop being so cheap!
I am very happy with the fine clay! I never felt like it was hurting my paint and I used a ton of detail spray. It was great. Very comfortable using this again! Great price too! You do not get the little cup with lid unless you buy 2. I wasnt offended but just FYI. 100g is one bar and 200g is two bars comes in the cup. Just get 2 bars anyway. One isn't that much. Haha. Thanks adams!!
I ordered the 100 gram of this and one of the medium grade clay as well Neither came with the storage container pictured. I guess you only get the container if you order the kit.. Disappointing, as now I have nowhere to store it once I open it. I'm sure the clay will work flawlessly once I do open it, I just assumed I'd be getting what was in the pictures...
Wasn’t sure what I was going to use this for when I ordered it but figured it would be good to have around. Used it for the first time today on the wife’s Tahoe. Her wheels have the chrome inserts and I couldn’t get them clean with the salt here in Ohio, tried wheel cleaner and detail spray but neither would make them shine. So got in the cabinet figuring there would be something that would work. Saw the fine detail clay and figured it would be worth a shot. They cleaned them right up with some detail spray and they shine like the day I ceramic coated them.
People often ask whether or not they need to clay, or how often they need to— The better question to ask is where you park your vehicle when you’re not driving it! For instance, if you park outside, or in an unprotected/unshaded area, you’ll want to reach for a Clay Mitt due to convenience and the aggressiveness of it. If you park in a parking lot or in a parking structure, the Visco Clay Bar will be your tool of choice as there is a decent amount of particles in the air, but large buildings like apartments will guard some of the partial airborne materials. Let’s say you park your vehicle in a garage, or a Sunday cruiser that spends its lifetime in the garage, the Fine Grade Clay bar is your choice.
