Ordered this item, the first one got lost in shipping after reaching out to Adams. They sent a replacement. The second one took over two weeks to get to me, after reaching out to Adams for a third time I simply got blown off by two different Adam representatives. Horrible customer service experience on the second item no expedited shipping was offered. They simply told me I will get it when I get it. I could only imagine if I bought a more expensive product how disappointed I would’ve been.

United StatesThis is a great product but when I received it, the product did not match the promo video and there were no instructions to install it. The video shows the Air Cannon hanging on the bracket in a horizontal position, but the mount is actually for vertical. After a while, I figured that out, and hung it up and is working out great. I would give this five stars, but the fact that the video didn’t match the product and the lack of instructions, I am giving it four stars. I also wanted to add that I had to move the locking wheels to different positions so that the Air Cannon would hang properly.
