Best Fabric Protector on the market. Works great in vehicles and on my work boots!

Adam’s Fabric Protectant is a nano-coating that is comprised of a penetrating, reactive fluoro-silicone resin that adheres to textile fibers and produces strong water and oil repellency, stain resistance and liquid removal performance without changing the look and feel. This solvent-based formulation quickly dries in as little as an hour and produces an effect that can last for 1-3 months depending on abrasion.

Instructions for Carpeting/Floor Mats:

Using Multi-Use Foaming Cleaner & Cockpit brush, clean dirty floormats/carpeting and pat dry with Edgeless utility towel. Repeat as necessary.
Allow mats/carpet to dry for 24 hours before applying Fabric Protector.
Thoroughly spray Fabric Protector over the desired surface.
Using an Adam’s Cockpit Brush, comb the fibers in a single direction.
Spray more Fabric Protector In a back and forth motion, with overlap, saturate the carpet ensuring even coverage.
Using Adam's Cockpit Brush, comb the diverse in the opposite direction as previously combed.
Once sufficiently covered, allow the area to air dry for at least one hour.
Repeat Steps 2-4 but comb the fibers in another direction. Repeat this until the carpeting has been protected from each of the cardinal directions (i.e. North, South, East and West).
