I love what the product does but it only worked for about a year before i saw streaks that did not expel water like the rest of the windshield. Would have liked this product to last a little longer.
I purchased the whole car kit and applied it to a 2012 Silverado Crew Cab - that's A LOT of glass. I followed the directions to the letter and watched videos first. It's all in the preparation and the removal. With the whole car kit you get everything you need to do it right including the glass cleaner and towels. I made sure the glass was spotless and did the glass just as shown in the videos. Being ceramic I knew the wipe off/buffing would be very important. If you wait until it cures you're going to have problems. So pay careful attention to the prep and wipeoff. I applied it last fall and here we are in July and it's still amazing. I haven't done anything but was the vhicle normally being sure not to use anything on the glass to affect performance/longevity of the coating. So I know what I am seeing comes from the coating and not some topper I put on after washing.
Follow all the steps properly literally drive down the road and the water rolls right off the windows awesome product
I have spent thousands on Adams polishes products and never had a complaint tell I used this kit. It makes the windshield hazy, and it makes your my whippers noisy and skip. I tried many things to fix and found the only way to fix it is polish your glass for a fresh slate. And trust me I took all steps and am positive I installed it correctly.
I applied the product, following the instructions and instructional video very carefully. The coating only made the windshield hazy, with very little hydrophobic properties. The microfiber towels and glass cleaner that came with the kit were great however
