United StatesI had the Bissell Pro and it was amazing don’t get me wrong but I upgrade to this Mytee 8070 and it was the best upgrade for Car detailing strong suction power, steamed water and it’s easy to fill and easy to drain would recommend for anyone trying to upgrade.

United StatesI only purchased this unit through Adams because of a $100 card offer. Never received the card. More troublesome was the extraction hose wouldn't stay attached to the unit when received. Called Adams and got "You'll have to call Mytee as we don't even stock parts for these units." Did that. Mytee sent a cuff for the hose. Didn't help. Then they sent the entire cuff-both sides. Removed cuff from extraction tank to find tank hole was larger than new cuff threads. Called them back. Allison, Mytee's CSR was great. She first offered to send a whole new machine, but I had to repackage and send mine back first. Instead, I asked them to send a new extraction tank, as only 4 screws hold it to the machine. The extraction hose stays on now but haven't actually tried the machine yet as just got it usable after a month.
United StatesThis extractor is an absolute game changer. I upgraded to this from a Bissell spot-clean professional. Not having to constantly refill a water tank and empty a recovery tank saves me so much more time. The hot water aids in sanitation, time spent on removing stains, and decreases the amount of carpet & upholstery cleaner I have to use. That and its vacuum power saves so much time in drying after extracting. With the bissell, carpets would be damp for a few hours. With this machine, carpets are basically dry within minutes. The 15ft hose can be a nuisance with transportation, but it certainly saves the hassle of having to move the machine around a vehicle and occasionally bringing the whole machine inside the vehicle just to reach certain spots like I’d have to do with the bissell all the time. Only downfall I really have with it is there isn’t exactly a designated handle or grip to lift it into a mobile van or truck, but the pros certainly outweigh the cons in my opinion.
