United StatesGreat machine but my batteries run out half way tru job, I do mobile detailing and it has become an inconvenience.. which there was a place to get more batteries for it .. I only use it to do the roof , hood and trunk after that I have to use my corded one .
United StatesIt's junk I was able to use it for a while but eventually it broke down on the job site. The backing plate started making a crunchy sound and doesn't rotate properly. I sent support an email and they were completely useless I sent them a video and they tried to give me tips on how to polish and blaming user error when I have had it for a long time already and this is the first time something like this happened. I have multiple brand name polishes I run an auto detailing business!!! I know how to polish!!! It's the buffer thats a piece of junk.
CanadaI bought the unit about 12 month ago and the gears started to slip. Adams replaced my unit- no questions asked. Awesome customer service! Kudos to them as a standup company. My only real complaint on the unit is the variable speed is in the form on a poorly placed button that you have to cycle through the 3 speeds. The polisher starts on speed 3 and you need to quickly hit the button after you start the polisher to take it down to speed 1 to allow you to spread vs throw your polish everywhere. A dial- as most other units have would be a better option.
United StatesThe price for this machine is not bad, but the 2 batteries that come with it , stop working within a couple of uses. Im professional detailer and i used alot of other brands polishers, this was my first time going with a Adams brands, i was looking for something battery operated for the on the go situations, but after a couple of uses the battery wont charge, it will show that your battery is fully charged when you connected to the charger but once you connect the battery to the tool it wont turn on. I seen this reviews before purchasing it but i figure maybe they have fix this defected batteries, but i was wrong. If your reading this please stay away from the tool.
